Our assessment and physiotherapy care comes from 20 years of experience in acute injury, chronic pain, motor vehicle accident and work-related injury.

Focusing on pain management and functional restoration through active treatment and tailored home exercise program.
Sports Injury and Musculoskeletal Pain
Focusing on posture, core strengthening, focus, balance, control, strength, breathing and flexibility. Often used in combination with physiotherapy to recover from injuries or injuries after surgery.
Oriental Acupuncture and Herbal Medicine
Focusing on the restoration and maintenance of the harmonic balance of the body. It is a holistic approach to understanding individual conditions and disease processes.
